Leading the overall technical strategy and interdisciplinary coordination for the 450m tower.
Directed cross-discipline teams (façade specialists, structural engineers, MEP, and executive architects) to resolve complex interfaces and deliver the iconic twisting crown and curtain wall design.
Managed on-site construction progress and quality monitoring, successfully balancing ambitious architectural vision with commercial viability, technical performance, and strict schedule and budget requirements.
Kerry Qianhai Mixed-use Precinct
Transforming Superblock into Waterfront Human-Scale Mixed-Use Neighbourhood
Site area: 68,800 m² | Total GFA: ~400,000+ m² , multi-phase development,
Office, Bank HQ, Hotel, Serviced Apartment, Retail Commercial, Public amenities & placemaking
Directed program optimisation and amenity strategy for a complex mixed-use composition, including 4 office towers (with Bank of East Asia Headquarters), hotel, multiple serviced apartment towers, extensive retail, public amenities, and direct subway connection.
Introduced human-scale planning principles to break down the superblock into intimate, pedestrian-friendly streets and layered public spaces, creating a vibrant live-work-play neighbourhood with superior user experience and strong integration with the Qianhai Bay waterfront promenade and terraced gardens.
Managed cross-disciplinary consultant teams and key stakeholders to deliver integrated master planning across phases, prioritising walkability, social vitality, sensory-rich placemaking, and a true “magnetic destination” at precinct scale.
The project is the first large-scale integrated development in Qianhai to achieve triple green certification:

Achieved a 54 % reduction in carbon emissions from day one, target of full carbon neutrality before 2060.
Orchestrated precinct-wide strategic delivery of the 50-building innovation ecosystem, coordinating master planning, future-proof infrastructure phasing, and full project coordination from Concept to Construction Administration to deliver a carbon-neutral-ready campus.
Oversaw cross-disciplinary consultant teams subcontracted under KPFs lead design, establishing critical project milestones, to embed low-carbon systems across the 110-hectare site, achieving a 54% reduction in carbon emissions from day one and targeting full carbon neutrality before 2060.
Served as a key client and government liaison, managing complex regulatory submissions, risk mitigation, clarifying project delivery objectives, and resources planning to de-risk the development.

Leading design delivery and coordination of TP-Link LXD corporate campus in Shenzhen.
Directed execution of the two high-rise office towers, together with the complex continuous ascending ribbon of landscaped terraces linking all levels.
Coordinated detailed facade and interior execution while resolving challenging technical issues across the terraced system while maintaining design integrity.
MGM Cotai
Luxury Integrated Resort Hotel
Total GFA: approximately 280,000 – 390,000 sqm | 1,400 rooms and suites
Iconic luxury hotel featuring two sculptural high-rise towers composed of nine stacked “jewel-like” boxes, with extensive retail promenade, diverse F&B outlets, high-end spa, public amenities, and a large gaming area.
Served as Job Captain at KPF, leading the design delivery and coordination of this landmark resort in Macau.
Played a key role in the delivery of The Spectacle — Asia’s first dynamic theater crowned with the Guinness World Record for the largest free-span gridshell glazed roof (8,073 m², 138.5m clear span, 37m high).
Coordinated the intricate jewel-like box facades while integrating luxury hotel rooms, gaming areas, retail, and amenities beneath this record-breaking structure. Achieved the China Green Building Design Label Three-Star Certification — the first for a mega-sized private resort in Macau.
