Strategic Craft,
Lasting Capital.
After 14 years at Kohn Pedersen Fox shaping some of Asia’s most iconic architectural landmarks, I joined Nan Fung Group as Senior Design Manager and Design Lead of the in-house design group. This transition enabled me to bring deep design expertise into a commercial developer environment, where I was responsible for key developments across the NF Group portfolio.
I approach every project with clear strategic objectives in mind, maintaining strong self-awareness of the overarching goals. Beyond material and construction considerations, I focus on designing meaningful user experiences, strengthening asset branding, and creating long-term commercial value — ensuring every design decision is purposefully aligned with both architectural excellence and business success.

Workplace of the Future & Corporate HQ Design
Designed modern, collaborative workplace environments and corporate headquarters that foster innovation and talent attraction while supporting long-term operational efficiency and enhancing leasing value. These spaces reflect forward-thinking brand identity and create highly desirable environments that strengthen asset performance and tenant retention.
NF Life Science Technology Innovation Hub
Led the in-house architecture, interior, and graphics design team to deliver a biotech innovation hub. The workplace adopts a “Precision with Humanity” brand direction — blending scientific intelligence with warm, human-centric design. Using a refined neutral palette with deep teal and warm copper accents, combined with natural timber, stone, and subtle biophilic elements, the space reflects both rigorous innovation and approachable elegance. The overall identity communicates “Where Science Meets Opportunity”, creating an intelligent, premium environment tailored for biotech researchers and angel fund teams.
New NF Airside Headquarters Workplace Interior Design
Called upon to rescue the interior design of Nan Fung’s new headquarters, I led the design proposal and ideation process to create a space that embodies NF’s brand heritage, aspiration, and emphasis on social values and sustainability — the core essence of the brand. Successfully delivered the project from design to construction completion within a tight 3-month timeframe.
WPP Office ID Renovation
To retain the long-term lease with WPP, led the redesign of the Shanghai office lobby and major common areas to create a contemporary and inspiring environment that reflects WPP’s creative and innovative corporate identity.
99 City Road, London
Researched and defined the future of workplace experience contextualised to Shoreditch, London. This served as the core design objective for interior, graphics, branding, programme, amenities, and user experience, contributing to the project’s forward-thinking approach and long-term asset value. From 2010 to 2030, the workplace has evolved from rigid, efficiency-focused open-plan offices to dynamic, human-centric ecosystems. Today’s workplaces prioritise flexibility, wellness, and community, moving toward AI-supported, sustainable, and emotionally intelligent environments that nurture creativity, collaboration, and long-term talent retention.
At 99 City Road, the workplace is designed as a vibrant, human-centric ecosystem featuring community-engaging event spaces, café areas, and affordable workspace integration. Hospitality-inspired and wellness-focused amenities create a comfortable and convenient environment that nurtures collaboration, creativity, and wellbeing — offering a forward-thinking workplace that balances productivity with human values to attract high-profile tenants.

I led the in-house design team to deliver the facade, interior, and landscape design, creating a refined family sanctuary that balances seclusion, wellness, and exceptional living quality. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team, I developed the brand positioning around the essence of emotional comfort and sensorial luxury. In a hyper-connected world, the design creates a true “sanctuary” — a place where the mind can slow down and the senses can truly rest.

Adaptive Reuse & Heritage Reimagination
Revitalised heritage assets with renewed cultural and social relevance through thoughtful storytelling and contemporary interventions, while delivering significant time and cost savings through smart preservation strategies. This approach created unique, high-value destinations that enhanced long-term commercial performance, brand strength, and community connection.
The Mills, Hong Kong
Transformed a historic textile mill into a vibrant cultural and creative hub by successfully balancing three core components: CHAT (museum and heritage arts space), Fabrica (fabrication industry facilitator and working maker hub), and The Mills Retail (community-oriented commercial and social spaces). I curated public arts installations to integrate heritage storytelling, fostering strong community engagement and social value while capitalising on Hong Kong’s growing heritage tourism interest.
99 City Road, London
By preserving the existing pile and lower structure, the project achieved significant time and cost savings of approximately 8–10 months and £18–25 million.
